Our quality management system encompasses every organizational, technical and personnel-related activity for assuring and improving the level of quality. It is an essential part of our corporate obligation to diligence. Our goal is to ensure that our products meet the quality expectations of our customers and to better satisfy their needs in a changing market.
To achieve this goal we have developed a quality management system which has been certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001:1994 standard in 1998 and is certified to the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard since 2003 and ISO 9001:2008 since 2010. This QM system is an integral part of our organization and ensures that every QM activity is carried out with the required level of impartiality.
The strict standards and the organizational structure are established in the QM manual for all employees of ICB. Our highly motivated, skilled and trusted employees and the management consistently comply with the quality policy principals defined therein during their day-to-day work. This ensures that the quality of every product provided by ICB meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
